You can always tell when it’s a slow news day in the technology field, because someone, somewhere writes about one of the following subjects:

1. ‘Is this the down fall’ of’ Microsoft, AMD, Intel, Cisco, Dell, HP,  SUN, the list goes on forever. [pick one]

2. Than we have the ‘What’s Better - AMD or Intel’ articles.

3. Benchmark anything. But everyone likes the Vista vs XP stuff.

4. Write something about  ‘Microsoft’ and throw in the word ’sucks’ somewhere in the article.

5. Have a browser shootout. Call it a ‘war’ of some type. Use a bunch of charts, graphs, whatever and declare the best of the best.

The bottom line. Who cares? We have heard it all before. Just the date and time is different.

Each of us uses what is best for us. Not what someone tells you to use.
