California Says No To Pregnant Parking Placards

Follow-Up to original story:

Last week I did a story about pregnant woman and if they should be allowed to park in disabled parking places. The original article drew a lot of pros and cons. My buddy Charlie in CA. sent me a link to a San Jose Mercury news story and it seems that California has chosen not to issue placards for those expecting a child and no placards will be forth coming.
