How Would You Answer These 10 Questions?

Posted by on Nov 6, 2007 | 3 Comments

It is always interesting to read some of the questions that are posted in the forums. But what is more surprising are some of the answers. Though some questions could be answered sevral different ways, some only have a single answer. I thought it would be interesting to see how the readers here would answer these questions.

  1. How many copies of Vista do I have to buy to upgrade my three computers?
  2. Can Apple’s new Leopard OS be installed on a non-Mac machine?
  3. If you can install Apple’s Leopard on a non-Mac system, is it legal to do so?
  4. Do Linux distributions have DRM?
  5. Are there any viruses that can attack Linux distributions?
  6. Is it legal to make copies of my personal DVD collection?
  7. On a Maxtor hard disk, what do the jumpers ‘NC’ mean?
  8. Can WGA be removed from Windows?
  9. Is it really necessary to use a static guard wrist band when working inside of a PC?
  10. If I install IE7 can I return to IE6 ?

Most of these can be answered with with a simple yes or no. Some may require an explanation.

Comments welcome.
