Why Do People Send Out This Junk?

This past week I must of received this same email at least a dozen times. Doesn’t anyone ever check out the facts before forwarding this junk and gunk? The latest is that the new US $1 coin doesn’t have the words ‘In God We Trust’ engraved on the coin. If one looks on the rim of the coin you will find it there:
I’m going to pass this on to everyone I know so maybe, just maybe they will stop sending this misinformation to everyone in their address book.
