Man Calls Tech Support - Goes To Jail

It seems that Timothy Scott Short got more than what he bargained for when he called for technical support to obtain drivers for a printer he had stolen. Seems the Missouri man broke into a Missouri Department of Revenue office in St. Charles, MO and made off with a computer and printer. He was unable to use the computer since it requires a key that is locked away for security purposes. What next? Tim thought he could get the printer working so he called the printer manufacturer for software drivers.
Heh Timmy. One problem dude. Those printers are for making and laminating drivers licenses and not just for printing out your everyday love letters. Enter in the Secret Service to the scene. After listening to the taped conversation between Tim and tech. support, Special Agent John Bush recognizes Tim’s voice. How? Seems that Agent Bush had previously arrested Timmy for identity theft and Timmy was awaiting sentencing.
So now Timmy is back in the slammer with another federal rap to plead guilty to. You don’t think he will plead innocent do you? This is a dummy first class who makes the work of law enforcement easy. Even a bright lawyer would have trouble getting Tim off the hook.
Comments welcome.

Wow, thats very unfortunate, to think you are calling in for help and the secret service comes knocking at your door. But, I guess he is the only blame for that.
