5 Must-Have, Free Tools

For those of us who love our free tools, these are 5 tools that should be part of not only your tool kit, but that you may also wish to run on your own personal system.

Xplorer 2 lite:

The lightweight version of Xplorer 2 is not a crippled unusable salesman of the professional version. It shares the same browsing and management engine, and gives many rival professional file managers a run for their money — literally! It is a complete little file manager, albeit lacking a bit in bells and whistles.

You’ve forgotten the absolute best burner software, ImgBurn, which IMHO blows cdburnerxp and Nero so far into the water it’s truly not funny. I also use mp3tag and bulk rename for all my tagging and renaming jobs. Both programs support regex and there is some overlap but I’d be lost without them. All three programs live on my usb stick.

Hello Hugh Bear,
Thanks for the comment.
