Microsoft - Building A Garage Or Bunker - You Decide

Up at TV station King 5 in Seattle, they are reporting a huge underground project being built on the Microsoft campus, in Redmond WA. The hole being dug is going to be 4 stories deep, 3 football fields long and 1.5 football fields in width. Microsoft is alleging that the big dig is for a underground parking garage. Yeah, right! Like anyone is going to believe that.
We must look to history to discover what really is going on here. During the 1930’s a European country that is 0-2 in World Wars, also built similar type structures underground. These reinforced concrete bunkers could of also been used for parking cars. After the allies invasion was completed, it was found that no parking spaces were found. Some 50 years later the same country, who are masters at building underground structures, completed similar types of garages under Baghdad. Again, no parking spaces were found which left us all with a feeling of ’shock and awe’.
So now it is time to ask some serious questions:
- Why are the bunkers, I mean garages, being built underground and not above ground where everyone can see what is going on?
- Wouldn’t it of been more cost effective to build above ground as well?
- What about the damage caused by such a big hole? Has a EPA report been provided? Why hasn’t this report been made public?
- Why doesn’t Microsoft provide buses for their employees like Google does?
- 5,000 parking spaces? Wouldn’t that just add to the pollution problem, or are all these parking spaces going to be occupied by Hybrid vehicles?
- What is Microsoft trying to hide from us?
- Is this a diabolical plot to conquer the planet?
Oh the FUD. It is nice to be a FUD master once in awhile and turn the tables around. Maybe they should call the underground parking garage the Paranoia Facility.
Comments welcome.

It’s a dungeon for bloggers. If you get any dinner invations to Redmond, Ron, make sure you don’t go.

I like a good conspiracy as much as the next guy, but I don’t think this is a big problem.
I know from speaking to Microsofties that Mr. Gates is very proud of the ‘collegiate’ atmosphere of the ‘campus’. I’m sure that it would be less expensive to build above ground, but what a blight on the otherwise predominantly green area. I’m sure it is aesthetics, and besides whenit comes to money, MS is Alfred E Newman. (What, me worry?)
Not sure an EPA report would be required, as I’m sure they own the land.
Busses would be a great idea. If Mr Gates gets your e-mail before mine, there might be a reward.
If anything MS hides things in plain sight…it always works better that way.
Take over the planet…perhaps, but then Mr Ballmer would really have to scream to be heard.
