Microsoft Offers A Free Beginning Class For Programmers - No Experience Required

  • No Related Post

Microsoft is offering free beginning classes for those who may be interested in learning programming skills and no prior experience is necessary. The courses are easy to understand and well documented for the new user.

Microsoft describes their course as:

“Welcome to the Beginner Developer Learning Center - a centralized learning environment specifically targeted to beginning programmers. Here you’ll find a rich array of learning content that starts with the very basics, and guides you through step-by-step to becoming a fully-fledged developer!

No experience or programming knowledge required - so dive right in!”

And there are two separate courses available. One for Web Development and one for Windows Development. There is even a site available for kids with ebooks ready to download. So if you have some bright kids in your family, this may be a great opportunity for them to start their careers in the world of programming.

Enjoy.

Your comments seem to be kind of screwed up. Are they all getting deleted by accident or is your spam not getting fully deleted. Looks messy up there either way.

I am going to the MS site you wrote about. I have wanted to learn something about programming for ages but keep putting it on the back burner. Can’t resist a free course for beginners though. I hope I can download it to read offline. Thanks for the link. :)
