Google Blog Search, currently in Beta testing, offers a unique way to not only receive information on blogs, but also to track via Google Alerts, any new blog information.

Google blogs is also a easy way to find out about any information of your choosing, that is currently being posted about in blogs through out the world. It also has a advanced searched feature where you can filter out porn sites, which is done automatically for you, using the Safe Search feature. This same feature is also available in other Google search engines.

And Google also allows the search of blogs in other languages beside English. Currently Google Blog Search supports French, Italian, German, Spanish, Korean and other languages as well.

So I gave Google Blog Search a quick test by typing in my name. It took me to every site where my name appears, including sites that had linked to my posts here in the Nexus. Some of the links were surprising and gave me a better understanding how many other web articles had included my stuff.
