More Google rumors are surfacing which may, just may, indicate that Google is making a deal with an unknown company to have its own Google phone. The model may be similar to an iPod, but will use Google products such as Google Earth, Gmail, Docs and Spreadsheets, and other bells and whistles.

And there is another rumor that Google is in the midst of making a deal with a Korean company to purchase a software product that is similar to Microsoft’s Office.

And today we should find out what Google and NASA have up their sleeves. Rumor on this joint effort is that NASA wants to provide added information to support Google Earth.

If you haven’t tried Google Earth, you are missing a great experience. You can go anywhere in the world and zoom into the location. Last evening I took a look at where I once lived when I was a kid, and was surprised at how much the old neighborhood has changed. But that’s another story.

Google appears to be on its way as the Microsoft of the coming decade(s).
