          I don’t know about you but I like to keep things neat and tidy. If your like most people you may have a desktop full of icons. Each time you install a program, chances are it places a shortcut icon on the desktop and into the start folder. It is much easier to click on the icon when it is on the desktop rather than to go to start then all programs. But to tell you the true, I don’t like seeing too many icon scattered on my desktop. If you’re like me here is a little tip. How about you put all your shortcut icons in the quick launch toolbar. Just drag and drop all your shortcuts into quick launch toolbar. Your desktop will be much cleaner and you’ll even get a better view of your wallpaper.

If you’re a beginner, the quick launch toolbar is that little area on the taskbar beside the start button. If it’s not there, right click on the taskbar go to toolbars then select quick launch.
