You know, When i first got my ipod clasic it made me sick to carry it around with no case. I knew that i needed to get one. a trip donw to radio shack fixed that. I purchased the griffin acrylic remix and i was very happy. until i saw that it was scratching like crazy and I knew that it wouldent work for me. I then scouted the internet for a new case. I found another case that looked nice. It too was from griffin. The griffin Elan Form case. It is a “hard” case with leather wrapped around it. It is very small and feels good in your hand. My conclusion make sure you get a case for your ipod and dont get the griffin acrylic remix unless you like a super scratched case
