Please Set Time Zone To -7

Hello, Lockergnome bloggers!
I sent out a memo a few weeks back, but we want everyone to keep their time zone settings (in Options / General) at -7. This is to enforce a common server time for everyone and make sure no one is disadvantaged by never seeing their posts rise to the top of the main page only because they happen to live farther west than some of our other bloggers.
