I’d mentioned in an earlier post that it didn’t surprise me TrimSpa was in trouble for its marketing tactics.  Since the FTC recently announced it was investigating claims made by the manufacturer in 2003 and 2004 you knew it wouldn’t be long before the tort lawyers grubbed their way into the picture. 

Anna looks like she lost some weight, and there was no doubt she needed to, but it is more likely the result of working with a personal trainer and dietician than the result of any pill. The harsh reality is there is no silver bullet for weight loss that comes in pill or powder. The only real way to lose weight and keep it off is proper diet and exercise.  I know that sucks but it’s twue it’s twue!!!  Sorry, sometimes those old Mel Brooks movie lines just pop into my head!

Whatever the doc gave me for the bronchitis seems to have worked. Either that or, as suggested by a naturopath friend of mine, it was the organic blueberry and organic black cherry nectars I started drinking. They are a bit pricey but I gotta tell ya, they sure are yummy!
