Even if the depression you are going through is probably the worse, there are ways to get your mind off of what it is that is getting you depressed.
First things first. Forget everything that is bad in life right now. That’s right, every bad thought, stop thinking about it right now. There will be no more of that. Act as if you no longer care about any bad situations that could happen. If you don’t care, you can’t get depressed about it
If you let go of everything bad, the only thing you will see is good and you want to know something, if you see good, then you will see more good. Things are going to get better sooner or later, whether you believe it or not. Just remember, God is by your side and will make things better. You don’t really think he/she is siting there making your life a complete nightmare on purpose do you?
Once you’ve let go of all the bad things, start doing good things that will make you life better. Once you do that, things are going to get better and you can just sit and watch as things get better again. By the time that happens, you will wonder how you ever got out of it, but you know something, you did and that’s what matters.
