Tall People Can Have Cool Jeans Too

Being that I stand at a height of 6 feet/6 inches, I have always had trouble finding a pair of jeans that were both the right dimensions in waist and inseam, while looking cool at the same time, as deemed by current design trends. In the world of trouser fashion, tall people, like myself, most certainly get a raw deal. Just recently, I was preparing to attend the Gnomedex conference in Seattle, WA., and I needed to get myself a couple pair of jeans. Entering the mall, I went to my fallback and trusted friend, Dillards. Dillards is known for their Tall Man department, so my hopes were high. I was able to gather several really nice shirts there, but as you can imagine, finding fashionable jeans was a pipe dream. I kept telling myself that no store in the mall was going to have “giant-sized” jeans, but I forced myself to go outside of Dillards and look around. I had nothing to lose. As luck would have it, the first store that I walked into had very stylish jeans with my exact size (36/38 FYI). I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.
