The Rocketfish Metal Mousepad

  • No Related Post

Yesterday evening as I was strolling through BestBuy, geeking out over all the new TV’s, videogames, apple computers, and other devices, I came across a type of mouse pad I have been looking for, a metal mouse pad. For quite some time I have been looking at icemats and other metal mouse pad alternatives but found them to be overly-expensive. The Rocketfish mouse pad by Best Buy is in one word, AWESOME. This metal mouse pad has two different textured sides: one that is super smooth and glasslike for “speed” (gaming FPS) and one that is nicely textured for “control” (graphic design). Each side of the Rocketfish mouse pad is equipped with 4 thin, contoured rubber feet that help keep the pad in place without raising the mouse pad off the desk! It also has a flashy, red, anodized border that looks really nice. This metal mouse pad by Rocketfish was definitely in my price range, a mere 20 bucks. With all the amenities and looks of this mouse pad, it was worth parting with an Andrew Jackson. Check out my video below spotlighting this must have mouse pad. Sorry about the crappy video quality: Poor lighting + logitech webcam from 2001 = poor video.

I also have this mousepad I think everything about it is great but 1 thing

over time using this mouse it will feel sluggish and if you look closely on the mouse pad. There will be little spots of (i dont know what) that develoup. This is very easy to clean off but every once and awhile it’ll get in your way. other than that I will agree with you on everything else!

What Do You Think?
